Great experience here! Aaron was very kind anytime I spoke with him and they got my car in and out very quickly and were able to diagnose the problem same day of getting my Mercedes. I just purchased my car 6 weeks ago and I was very stressed when the check engine light came on as I had issues with my last vehicle and did not have my car for 6 months at the last repair shop that I had went to in Centerville. A friend recommended Foreign Exchange to me and it was a completely different experience from how timely the repairs were and with their communication and kindness. I will be recommending them to anyone looking and will continue to come here in the future!

I like their honesty on my car data. This honesty allows me time to get the services needed without the needs being all at once! I'm trying to preserve my 2009 mini cooper with only 83,000 miles. I love my baby like women love shoes!

Foreign Auto has been my Go To place for my 97 BMW Z3. I think they love it as much as I do! Any repair or problem is explained so I can understand it and I appreciate the "priority" list. Some things actually can wait. Thank you. See you next oil change.

I left my Volkswagen Eos at the shop and asked him to look it over and give me an estimate. They promptly replied and worked with my budget. James was fantastic at making sure things were done and it was in compliance with what I had wanted. They did a great job and I really appreciate them very much.

I own a 2010 ML350 Mercedes. I was recommended to Foreign Exchange by a colleague. My experience was exceptional. Customer care is very important to me, as many companies struggle to employ people who are vested in representing their companies values in their work ethic today. Everyone at FE was friendly, informative, and took time to explain the process of what steps would be taken to resolve the issue. They provided me with the information to make an informed decision on my vehicle. I was provided an accurate timeline for the repairs, and there were no surprises associated with the repair estimate. My experience with Foreign Exchange, was one that helped me determine they are the only place I will take my vehicle for services going forward. Excellent Service Thank You!
